The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus is launching on July 31, 2024, and it will be a beefed-up version of the Phone (2a) featuring the Dimensity 7350 Pro chipset. Earlier this week, we revealed the key specs of the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus. Now, we present to you the exclusive renders of the Phone (2a) Plus, showcasing the retail box and the device itself in the metallic gray finish.
The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus looks very similar to the Nothing Phone (2a). The leaked renders show a silver and grey metallic finish on the rear, which looks like a new “exciting” colour for the Nothing Phone series.

A notable change is the squarish element on the top half of the right side of the phone, now white instead of red. The device also has the three glyph LED lights, similar to the Phone (2a). The box of the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus is nearly identical to the Phone (2a), with, of course, the addition of the “Phone (2a) Plus” text.

Spec-wise, the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus will have the same 6.7-inch, 1080p, 120 Hz OLED display with a peak brightness of 1,300 Nits and an HDR brightness of 1,100 Nits, protected by Gorilla Glass 5.
The camera setup includes a 50 MP main camera and a 50 MP ultra-wide camera, likely the same as the Phone (2a), but with an upgraded 50 MP front camera instead of 32 MP. The battery remains 5,000 mAh but will now support 50W wired charging, up from 45W on the Phone (2a).

What makes the Phone (2a) Plus a “Plus” phone is the Dimensity 7350 Pro SoC. We’re still scratching our heads over what the “Pro” in the SoC’s name stands for, but the Dimensity 7350 has 2 Cortex-A715 cores clocked at 3 GHz and 6 Cortex-A510 cores, paired with the Mali-G610 MC4 GPU.
The phone will be available in grey and black, with UFS 2.2 storage in two variants: 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage and 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage. All in all, the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus is a slightly tweaked version of the Phone (2a), with minimal changes, as already told by Nothing’s co-founder Akis on X (Twitter).
