TL; DR
  • While there’s a 16-inch 3K OLED display (up to 120Hz refresh rate and 0.2ms response time), there’s another display instead of the keyboard with the same specifications.
  • Under the hood, the dual-screen laptop runs on the Intel Core Ultra 9 386H processor (latest generation) and features up to Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 laptop GPU (135W TGP).

At CES 2026, Asus launched a unique laptop — the ROG Zephyrus Duo — a flagship gaming laptop featuring two full-sized 16-inch screens. Yes, you heard that right! While there’s a 16-inch 3K OLED display (up to 120Hz refresh rate and 0.2ms response time), there’s another display instead of the keyboard with the same specifications.

A Dual-Screen Design Built for Power Users and Creative Professionals

This doubles the screen estate for gaming, productivity, and multitasking on a single portable machine. I can see the ASUS ROG Zephyrus Duo benefiting creative professionals such as architects, video editors, and graphic designers, who could use the top screen to make changes to their design or video timeline and the bottom screen to review requested changes in email or a messaging app.

The innovative design (though seen before) also includes a detachable magnetic keyboard, which unlocks flexible usage modes.

Under the hood, the dual-screen laptop runs on the Intel Core Ultra 9 386H processor (latest generation), features up to Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 laptop GPU (135W TGP), up to 64GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and up to 2TB of SSD storage. Connectivity options on the device include Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth v6.0. The device also includes several ports, as listed below.
