Get ready for the highly-anticipated launch of the new-gen Verna by Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL) on March 21. Ahead of its global debut, the company has been releasing teasers to build excitement, and this time, they’ve unveiled some unique segment-first features of the 2023 Verna. The sedan will boast dual 10.25-inch screens and switchable controllers – a remarkable addition that sets new benchmarks in the mid-size sedan segment.

Hyundai has revealed the free-standing dual-screen setup in the latest teaser, which houses a fully digital instrument cluster and a touchscreen infotainment system, both sized at 10.25 inches. The new Verna will compete against cars like Skoda Slavia, Volkswagen Virtus, Maruti Suzuki Ciaz, and the recently facelifted Honda City.

The car manufacturer recently revealed that the 2023 Verna will be equipped with a unique switchable type controller that has dual functions. This rotary dial will allow users to control both volume and radio tuning, but with the press of a button, can switch to climate control knobs – a feature that has only been seen in high-end cars until now. The 2023 Hyundai Verna will thus become the first mass-market car in India to offer switchable controllers, marking a significant achievement.

In addition, the 2023 Verna will come with three drive modes – Eco, Normal and Sport. Besides, the sedan is also expected to offer Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) for the first time, with features like Autonomous Emergency Braking, Lane Keep Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, and more.

Be the first to experience this mid-size sedan that’s sure to set new benchmarks in the Indian car market. Stay tuned for more updates on the new-gen Verna launch!
