  • OPPO has teased a new tablet and the Enco X4 for India, with both products marked “Coming Soon.”
  • The tablet is expected to be the OPPO Pad Mini, which was recently spotted on India’s BIS database.
  • The tablet and Enco X4 are expected to launch alongside the OPPO Find X10 series in India.

OPPO has teased a new tablet and the Enco X4 for India, with both products now listed as “Coming Soon.” The company has not revealed the tablet’s name yet, but the teaser and its recent BIS listing point towards the OPPO Pad Mini.

The tablet teaser says, “You’ve felt fast. You haven’t felt this,” while the Enco X4 teaser uses the line, “Authentic Sound, Intelligent Silence.” Both products are expected to arrive in India alongside the OPPO Find X10 series, which is also expected to be teased for the Indian market soon.

OPPO Pad Mini Could Be Coming to India

The tablet is expected to be the OPPO Pad Mini. It was recently spotted on India’s BIS database under the model number OPD2516, which is why the compact tablet is expected to launch here. A Malaysia listing has also mentioned a Pad Mini Matte Display Edition.

OPPO has not confirmed the tablet’s name yet, but it is likely the Pad Mini. The Chinese model has an 8.8-inch 3:2 LTPO OLED display with a 2.5K resolution of around 2,882 x 1,920 pixels, a 144Hz refresh rate and up to 1,800 nits peak brightness. It runs on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 and packs an 8,000mAh battery with 67W charging.

For cameras, there is a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. The tablet is around 5.4mm thick and weighs 279g, with a metal body. It runs ColorOS 16 and is Wi-Fi only.

OPPO Enco X4

The Enco X4 is the other product teased for India. It sits in OPPO’s flagship Enco X lineup rather than the cheaper Enco Buds range. OPPO launched the Enco X4 in China on 22 September alongside the Find X10 series at CNY 1,199, which is around ₹17,100.

Each earbud uses an 11mm woofer and a 6mm tweeter tuned with Dynaudio. The earbuds support Hi-Res Wireless and lossless playback, along with ANC with deep, medium, light and adaptive modes. OPPO claims up to 99.8% reduction in everyday noise.

Battery life is rated at up to 13 hours on the earbuds and 53 hours with the case when using AAC with ANC turned off. With LHDC, those figures drop to around 10 hours and 42 hours.

The Enco X4 supports Bluetooth 6.1, dual-device pairing and an IP55 rating. Four microphones handle calls, including a voice-pickup unit, while AI real-time translation is also supported. The Chinese version comes in Pink Gold, Soft White and Titanium Grey.

OPPO has only said that the tablet and Enco X4 are “Coming Soon.” The launch date and other India details should be revealed soon, with both products expected to arrive alongside the OPPO Find X10 series, which is also expected to be teased for India soon.
