The Verna’s sleek exterior features segment-first Horizon LED positioning lamps and Parametric connected LED taillamps, while the spacious interior includes a switchable type infotainment and climate controller, Bose premium sound 8 speaker system, and 10.25-inch HD audio video navigation system. There’s also front heated/ventilated seats and a digital cluster with coloured TFT MID.

Hyundai Verna 2023: Price and Variants

The upcoming Hyundai Verna 2023 is expected to have a higher price tag than its predecessor due to its impressive features and specifications. The new Verna is likely to be priced between Rs 9.99 lakh and Rs 17 lakh (ex-showroom), while the previous model’s price ranged between Rs 9.64 lakh and Rs 15.72 lakh (ex-showroom). The car will be offered in four trims — EX, S, SX and SX(O), which are further divided into 14 variants based on trim, powertrain, and color combination.

Hyundai Verna 2023 Specifications

The upcoming Hyundai Verna 2023 is set to impress with its powerful engine options and impressive dimensions. The car will be available with two engine choices: a 1.5-litre MPi petrol and a 1.5-litre Turbo GDi petrol. The MPi petrol mill can be paired with either a 6-speed MT or an IVT automatic, while the Turbo GDi petrol motor can be matched with either a 6-speed MT or a 7-speed DCT automatic. With its 1.5-litre Turbo GDi petrol engine, the new Verna boasts the most powerful performance in its segment, offering 160PS of maximum power and 253Nm of peak torque. This even trumps the 150PS/250Nm 1.5-litre Turbo petrol engine used in the Skoda Slavia and the Volkswagen Virtus.

In terms of size, the new Verna is no slouch either. It measures 4,535mm in length, 1,765mm in width, and 1,475mm in height, with a 2,670mm long wheelbase. This makes it larger than its main competitor, the new City, and its wider wheelbase provides a more stable ride. The new Verna also boasts a spacious 528-litre boot, providing ample space for your luggage. All in all, the 2023 Hyundai Verna offers a powerful engine and impressive dimensions, making it a top contender in its segment.
