This is a new launch 4k tv. Within 24k price range this model is best. I use this tv for 5 days. It has severe sound flactuating problems. Then I call the customer care of Thomson. Truely speaking Thomson customer service is very good hope they will keep it up. Only one software update fix the problem of sound. Now it's all ok. Thomson customer support is very prompmt and helpful. Now all new tv comes with updated software so hope there will no problem. Tv picture quality is good but not like sony see the price man Sound is good. Support 4k and it's very good. Connectivity is awesome Interface is very friendly.
