Don't Order phones from ZOPO INDIA
Vendor at Zopo India (Delhi) promisses to deliver phones in 7 business days, but its more than a month & i haven't received my phone. Their contact numbers are never answered or always busy. They don't bother reverting immediately & never give you direct answers to your queries. Most horrible online purchase experience so far. Now there no revert on the refund & cancelled order as well.
Service center does not recognize the company
Zopo listed a Service center in Cochin as its authorised service center. when i the service center, they said that many such companies have listed their name & address on their company websites without the service center's knowledge. how can i trust a company which commits such a fraudulent claim. i was all set to buy the ZP990 mobile, now i don't think i can trust this company.
