Never buy 10 or - any model mobiles
Myself and one of my friend brought 2 different models of 10 or brand and after couple of months one of the mobile 10 or E to be specific started malfunctioning - touch screen became insensitive, battery usage became inconsistent, software updates not worked. Later another model (10 or G) too started showing the same issues. On both mobiles G-calibration sensor not worked too and with any 3rd party software calibration failed. Later we came to know that almost all 10 or mobile users face similar problems with touch screen and it's a brand issue. When took the mobiles to customer care service, they mentioned these are not under warranty and they still can repair if we pay money. Along with that you can't use the mobile for playing graphic games which consume more than 500 MB internal space though we have models from 2-4 GB. I'm giving 1 star rating simply for the initial purchase price (less when compared to other big brand mobiles) and I'm assuring you have to minimum spend half the purchase amount more within the warranty period. Hope people won't trust these chinese modal mobiles hereafter.
