Lenovo expanded its K family with the launch of three new smartphones in the K6-series at IFA, Berlin. The K6 Note is the more premium of the three and comes in two RAM variants - 3GB and 4GB RAM – each with 32 GB of native memory.
A fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication is common to all K6-series phones. All the three employ a 64 bit di-cluster (4 x 1.2 GHz Cortex-A53 + 4 x 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53) octa-core Snapdragon 430 SoC mated with Adreno 505 GPU.
Lenovo K6 Note flaunts a 5.5-inch (1080 x 1920) IPS LCD display and offers a pixel density of 401 PPI.
On the optics front, it packs a 16 MP rear shooter with Dual Tone LED flash and an 8 MP front facing snapper. It uses a huge 4000 mAh non-removable battery to fuel its hardware.
The handset runs Android 6.0 (marshmallow) out-of-the-box and supports dual SIM cards.
Other basic features and connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.1, A-GPS, and microUSB v2.0.
You can buy Lenovo K6 Note in Silver, Gold, and Dark Gray colors. Lenovo K6 Note price in India is yet to be officially announced. The handset is expected to reach the Indian market by September 2016.
