Faulty Phone
I bought this phone 9 Months back. Ever since i purchased this phone, I have observed following so many issues related with this Phone, 1. After normal use for 2 months, It was started showing "SIM 2 not detected" error msg, I thought its network issues, But unfortunately after 3 month, SIM 2 stopped working. 2. SD Card detection- i was using 32GB Samsung high end SD card, after 4th month it stopped detecting SD Card. 3. Phone Speaker- one pleasant morning i was listening songs on speaker phone. I got call in between and Suddenly Phone speaker went off. 4. Phone restart issues: Randomly it will automatically get restarts. 5. USB Port not working-For connection to laptop 6. Fast Charging technology: Its fake, it stopped working. Do Not buy this product..

My second Zenfone 2. One of the best phones available. Yes, it lacks Fingerprint Sensor, IR blaster, laser focus Yes, the power key is oddly placed at top Yes, the second Sim can only be used for Calls and SMS function only ...Still, this is one of the best phones available feature-wise The specs are beastly...Powerful Intel Processor, Massive 4GB RAM, and great GPU Fast charging is awesome (Even the ZenPower Portable charger supports it) One of the best features is DUAL SIM ACTIVE Both SIMs are active...not like DUAL SIM STANDBY found in most other dual sim phones So I can make a call using SIM 1, receive a call waiting on it, and at the same time recieve another call and its call waiting on the other sim. So in all simultaneously 4 calls IF I am using first sim to make or receive a call, and if soeone calls me ont he second sim, instead of getting a busy tone (which one gets on other dual sim phones) I get a call intimation and can accept the call while keeping the first sim call on hold.....Very useful The next absultely to love feature is...ZenUI....yes some may say its bloated with apps.....but they don't interfere with ur work....can be easily disabled , and even frozen if rooted ZenUI is intuitive and user friendly. Has great built in features of Securit and Customization. Stable Startup Manager and Cleaner and AppLock (By CM) Regular Updates are available....features are updated and bugs (very few) removed Android Marshmallow Update is promised by ASUS Overall its a phone with great usability and without the flashy (mostly useless) features PS - Heating Issue is not a problem...Yes it does get heated up a little during Fast Charging and Heavy Gaming...but that's normal.....and does not affect function The Camera may give a little yellow hue to photos clicked with flash..... but the photos are natural. Quality is comparable to the best. PixelMaster Camera is as good as the best in the competition. Plenty of useful Accessories...I use the Original Flip Cover and Zenflash....... Flip Cover with round window gives a unique and premium feel (similar to LG G3 and G4) The Phone may come absolutely Uncharged. So on unboxing if it doesn't Switch On or even the charging LED doesn't get On....dont panic and file for a return (Like Me :-) ) Let the phone charge for about 40 minutes...after which the Charging LED will also get on and the phone can be switched On too The phone has many pros which make it a great phone for regular users. Few Cons are there... not bothersome and are minimal. (It's actually okay not to have a fingerprint sensor)
