I ordered "Lenovo Ideapad Slim 5i Core i5 11th Gen(15 ITL 05)" on 9th July 2021 and got my order on 12th July 2021. On 15th July 2021, I registered a complaint on the Lenovo website for overheating and sound issues. They sent their engineer on 22nd July 2021 and he sealed my laptop on the same day. On 23rd July 2021, I got the DOA certificate issued by Lenovo. The Lenovo support said to me I should contact the seller and provide them with the DOA letter. After that, the seller should proceed with the replacement. I am attaching the invoice and DOA certificate issued by Lenovo. This is causing mental stress and financial loss. It heats like a heater. It is kept sealed at my house. The customer service is worst. They'll disconnect the call and chat without addressing my query. You will get frustrated by their rude behavior. No one is going to support you, neither Lenovo nor Flipkart. I highly recommend NOT to buy this heater. I am sharing some images of the sealed laptop so that I can convince you.

Not worth the price
Do not buy this product, this one has a serious Hinge Problem. It broke after 2 years of usage. also the memory is soldered and no proper heat transmission.
