Finally Xiaomi has reviled some of the details about Redmi Note 3 launch in India and it will happening on March 3 in New Delhi. Xiaomi is organizing a launch event at Talkatora Stadium in the national capital in which Mi fans are also invited as per the post in their forum. The Chinese maker will be launching the Qualcomm Snapdragon variant of Redmi Note 3, which was launched in its homeland on January 14. The smartphone flaunts a metal made unibody design with a fingerprint sensor sitting at the back.

In term of the specification, Redmi Note 3 is powered by a hexacore Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 in which four cores are ticking at 1.2GHz while remaining two are steaming at 1.8Ghz. At the front, it wears a 5.5 inch full-HD IPS display with 1080×1920 pixels resolution and 178-degree wide viewing angle. In all likeliness, the phone will be launched in two variants: the base version will come with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of onboard storage. On the other hand, more premium variant will feature 3gigs of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage.
In optics department, it includes 16MP rear camera with phase detect autofocus, dual-tone flash and 5MP front-facing camera, both of which are capable of record 1080p videos. It comes with IR Port, 4G LTE, GPS, Glonass, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB as connectivity options and 4000 mAh battery to meet power requirements.

In China, Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 is made available in Dark Gray, Silver, and Champagne Gold color options, we can expect that the company will be offering same options to its Indian fans. The phone measures 150x76x8.65mm in dimensions and weighs 164 grams. On the software front, it runs on MIUI 7 which is based on Android Lollipop 5.1.
Sources inside Xiaomi have confirmed to Smartprix that Redmi Note 3 (3GB RAM and 32GB storage variant) will be priced at 13,999 INR in India. The 2GB RAM/16 ROM variant of Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 is expected to be priced around Rs. 10,999.
