This dual SIM 4G enabled phone hinges a 5.5-inch display on top, beneath which lies a 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 616 chipset. Adreno 405 GPU takes care of all the graphic load. Phone comes in 2GB RAM variants in India. The smartphone includes internal storage of 16GB which is further expandable up to 128GB via microSD card slot.
Like Nexus 6P, Honor 5X also has a metal clad exterior. Also, like Nexus 6P it got its back studded with a fingerprint sensor. According to company claims, after setting it up users can unlock their device in just 0.4sec. A 13Megapixel camera with LED flash is placed on the black panel to capture still and moving images. Selfie addicts can utilize its 5Megapixel selfie snapper.
To meet power requirements of all classes of users, phone comes with a 3000 mAh battery paired with a quick charger. Phone supports Quick Charge 3.0 which fills up 50% battery in just 30 minutes.
