Xiaomi Mi Mix, Mi Note 2 And Redmi 4X Launched In Russia, Tow Along A Few Free Goodies

Strengthening its foray into the Russian smartphone market, Chinese OEM Xiaomi launched a trio its handsets – the Mi Mix, the Mi Note 2 as well as the Redmi 4X – in an event which also marked its first launch event in the country.

The aforementioned handsets join a considerable collection of Xiaomi devices already out in Russia, that includes the Mi5 series, the Redmi Note 4 and the Redmi 4 Prime (amongst others).

In addition to that, the company has also decided to set up as many as six official offline stores spanning across the cities of Moscow, St. Petersburg and Vladivostok, some of which will also function as service centers for devices brought out by the company in the country.

Each of the three phone currently thronging Russia come accompanied by a launch offer available specifically for those who pre-order the devices on the RDC (the company’s official reseller in Russia since last year) website by 2nd of May.

With the Mi Mix (18K gold edition), the users get to have a free Mi Bluetooth speaker, while the Mi Piston Air Capsule and Mi Piston Basic earphones will be provided along with the Mi Note 2 and Redmi 4X respectively.

These surely are promising signs for the company, which is looking to break into the offline segment of the market big time, shedding its image of an online-exclusive brand. Let’s see when it gets the phones out globally.
