We finally have the Mi Mix 3’s successor after nearly three years, and it packs a lot of goodies to justify your attention. The Xiaomi Mix 4 comes featuring a camera under its display (or camera under panel as Xiaomi calls it). It also sports the latest Snapdragon 888+ chipset along with other such high-end specs.

Here, take a look —

Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 features

A 20MP selfie camera (1.6 m-sized pixels when 4-in-1-pixel binning is applied) is hidden beneath the curved 6.67-inch AMOLED display, leaving the display without cutouts. Workaround required a new type of flexible display and redesigned circuit array to maximize transparency and, therefore, the light reaching the selfie camera sensor.

Micro-diamond pixels, plus reworked algorithms, ensure minimal light refraction in Xiaomi’s technology. The area above the camera has a 400ppi density so even the tiniest of the text can be read. With a 120Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution, the panel is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus.

In the rear, the camera setup is equally impressive with a 1/1.33-inch 108MP ISOCELL HMX main sensor with OIS. An optically stabilized 8MP periscope module with 5x optical zoom and 120mm equivalent focal length is also included. A 13MP ultrawide snapper with a free-form lens and 1% edge distortion rounds out the trio.

With that, Xiaomi went with the latest Snapdragon 888+ processor and 8GB/12GB RAM, with 128GB/512GB storage.

It is powered by a 4,500mAh battery and has 120W wired charging which can fully charge the battery in just 15 minutes in boost mode (21 mins by default). It also has 50W wireless charging, which takes 28 minutes to fully charge the battery in boost mode.

Ultra-wideband (UWB) technology is also present which allows for precise positioning data and smart device control as well.

With a ceramic back, Mix 4 comes with a choice between white, black, or gray. There are stereo speakers tuned by Harman/Kardon also in the mix.
