Vivo recently launched its newest flagship Vivo X80 Series in China and global markets and now the series has made its way to India. The Vivo X80 Series comprises Vivo X80 and Vivo X80 Pro and claim to give tough competition to the OnePlus 10 Pro, iPhone 13, and Galaxy S22 Series. Vivo has continued its partnership with Zeiss for the best camera technology.

Vivo X80 Series: Price and Availability

The Vivo X80 Pro will be available in a single 12GB RAM+256GB storage for Rs. 79,999. It will come in a Cosmic Black color variant. Pre-booking starts today and the sale starts on 25th May 2022 via Flipkart, the Vivo website, and offline stores.

The Vivo X80 comes in 2 storage variants-

  • 8GBRAM+128GB storage- Rs. 54,999
  • 12GB RAM+256GB storage- Rs. 59,999

It will come in Cosmic Black and Urban Blue colors. Pre-booking starts today and the sale starts on 25th May via Flipkart, Vivo.com, and offline stores.

The Vivo TWS 2 Series has 2 variants-

  • TWS 2 ANC – Rs. 5999
  • TWS 2e- Rs. 3,299

It will come in Moonlight White and Starry Blue colors. Pre-booking starts today and the sale starts on 25th May via the Vivo website, Flipkart, and offline stores.

Vivo X80 Series: What’s new in the Camera?

The Vivo X80 Series has refined photography. The smartphone comes with features like Pure night view, Zeiss cinematic style bokeh, XDR photo, Super Night Portrait, Zeiss Nature Color, 360-degree horizon level stabilization, GNV sensor, Zeiss cinematic video bokeh, AI Video enhancement, Timelapse, and more.

Vivo X80 Specs

The Vivo X80 sports a 6.78-inch Full HD+ display panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC with up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB internal storage. It has a 50MP main, 12MP ultrawide, and a 12MP telephoto lens at the back whereas the front sees a 32MP selfie snapper. The main camera at the back supports OIS.

The Vivo X80 packs a 4500mAh battery with 80W wired fast charging support. It runs Android 12 out of the box and has a VC cooling system, in-display fingerprint sensor, and X-axis linear motor.

Vivo X80 Pro Specs

The Vivo X80 Pro has a 6.78-inch E5 2K AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. It has a Vivo V1+ chip, in addition, to give a better performance along with Adreno 730 GPU.

The smartphone has a quad camera setup with a 50MP IMX 866 GNV main, 48MP ultrawide, 12MP ultrawide, and an 8MP telephoto lens. The front has a 32MP selfie camera. It is IP68 rated and packs a 4700mAh battery with 50W wireless and 80W wired fast charging.

There is support for NFC, stereo speakers, X-Axis linear vibration motor, and VC chamber cooling system for better heat dissipation.

Both the smartphone come with 3 assured Android updates and 3 years of assured security updates.

Vivo TWS Series

Vivo has also launched a new TWS series. Vivo TWS 2 ANC and Vivo TWS 2e come with 12.2mm Super strong bass drivers, Immersive Deep-HD audio, 88ms low latency, 30-hour ultra long battery life, good ANC (up to 40dB), multipoint connectivity, Golden ears acoustics lab certificate, 3 ANC Modes, Transparency mode, and 3 Mic noise cancellation. They weigh 4.7 grams each.
