Vivo X80 Lineup To Launch In January Or February Of 2022 In India: Report

It’s been only a couple of months since Vivo brought its flagship Vivo X70 series to India. and its successor is apparently already around the corner. The company will reportedly launch the Vivo X80 series in India by the last weeks of January or early February 2022.

Vivo is gearing to enter with two models of the series likely named Vivo X80 Pro and Vivo X80 Pro+. The naming scheme could be the same as the Vivo X70 series whence they crossed borders to India. Since there are hardly any fresh details about the X80 lineup, for now, let’s work with the previous leaks.

Vivo X80 Rumoured Specs

Reportedly, Vivo X80 could come with a 4nm-based Dimensity 2000 chipset and run on the Android 11 operating system. The models in the series are anticipated to arrive with a bigger battery and power optimization.

Upfront, the phone is likely to feature a full HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

By the back, the X80 is believed to sport a 50MP primary sensor with 5-axis gimbal stabilization and a 12MP telephoto lens with 2x zoom. It will interesting to know if Vivo decides to continue its partnership with Zeiss for optics in the Vivo X80 series just like X70 and X60 lineups. That’s all that we have to share at this point.
