vivo V40e Specifications

Out of the box, the vivo V40e flaunts a 6.77-inch AMOLED screen that supports 120Hz refresh rate. The screen supports a P3 color gamut and has a pixel density of 387 ppi. While the screen can achieve 4,500 nits of peak brightness, it maxes out at 1,200 nits in the high-brightness mode. Thanks to the AMOLED display, the smartphone also has an in-display fingerprint scanner.

Under the hood, the smartphone runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC, which features four 2.5GHz cores and four 2.0GHz cores. The processor is built using 4nm fabrication technology and comes with efficient heat dissipation materials that help reduce the CPU’s temperature by up to 7 degrees Celcius. In India, the smartphone is available in two storage configurations: 128GB and 256GB (UFS 2.2), both of which feature 8GB of RAM (LPDDR4X).

The smartphone runs on Funtouch OS 14 based on Android 14. Vivo has promised to provide three years of Android updates and up to four years of security updates.
