Vivo V30e 5G India Launch Confirmed: Key Specs Unveiled

Vivo recently launched one more smartphone in its budget T3 Series when the brand rolled out Vivo T3x 5G starting at merely Rs. 13,999. Now, Vivo has confirmed its next major launch for the year. It will be adding a third member in the V30 Series which currently includes Vivo V30 and Vivo V30 Pro 5G smartphones. The brand has confirmed that Vivo V30e 5G will be arriving in India soon. It will be the successor to last year’s Vivo V29e which came with not only good specs but also a stylish design.

Vivo has not announced the date of the launch but the microsite has gone live which confirms India launch soon and reveals some key specs of the upcoming smartphone.

Vivo V30e 5G: India launch date

While Vivo India hasn’t confirmed the date of launch for Vivo V30e, some reports claim it might launch somewhere around 2nd May. A dedicated landing page for the same has gone live that also confirms it will retail via Flipkart and Vivo India online store.

Vivo V30e 5G: Expected Price

Vivo V30e 5G will be an upgrade over last year’s Vivo V29e that is currently priced at Rs. 25,999 for the 8GB RAM/128GB storage model. Vivo V30e is expected to cost somewhere around 27,999 for the 8GB RAM/256GB storage model.

Vivo V30e: Specs (confirmed & expected)

Vivo has confirmed some major specs and features of the Vivo V30e smartphone. It is confirmed to pack a 5500mAh battery along with featuring a 3D curved display, Aura light, Smart Color Temperature Adjustment 2x portrait with Wedding Style Portrait option, and Sony IMX882 sensor. It will have a 50MP eye AF selfie snapper and is claimed to be the slimmest device in India with a thickness of 7.69mm.

Vivo has confirmed that V30e 5G will be available in Velvet Red and Silk Blue shades and have a gem-cut design to add a feeling of luxury to the design.

Vivo V30e is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset with 8GB RAM and run Android 14 OS out of the box. It is said to flaunt a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel and have an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance. The device is tipped to feature an 8MP ultrawide camera and fast charging capability as well.
