Tata Curvv ICE Exterior And Interior Design
Like the Tata Curvv.EV, the Curvv ICE’s unique selling proposition remains to be its coupe design, characterized by a sloping roofline. The car’s rear bumper features a connected LED tail light, the company’s logo, and aggressive cladding, which extends all around the car. The top trims of the vehicle also sport a powered tailgate that opens up with a foot gesture and closes with the press of a button.
The sloping roofline is quite evident when looking at the car from the side, and so are the new flower-shaped 18-inch alloys. The door handles, unlike those on the Nexon, are flushed inside the panel (like those on Tesla). They do have a white LED mark that glows in the dark. However, as pointed out by several reviewers in their video, the mark is given on the opposite side of the door handle as the one that needs to be pressed.
On the front, the Tata Curvv features a connected daytime running LED light that extends throughout the width of the coupe SUV. Besides, the front bumper features Tata’s logo, split LED headlamps, and a refreshed grill with a skid plate at the bottom. The top trims also feature several sensors, chrome accents, and a camera on the front grille.

On the inside, buyers get a busy cabin with dual-tone interiors, a four-spoke steering wheel (as seen on the Harrier and Safari), a 12.3-inch infotainment screen with support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto (wireless), and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster. Besides, users also get a nine-speaker JBL audio system for premium sound output, a wireless charger, ventilated front seats, and a six-way electrically adjustable driver seat.
Rear passengers have access to two AC vents and a two-step seat recline function. The ambient light strip on the dashboard and the edges of the panoramic sunroof elevate the interiors. Last but not least, the car also offers features like auto-dimming IRVM and Level 2 ADAS functionality. The Tata Curvv ICE comes in six finishes: Daytona Gray, Pristine White, Flame Red, Opera Blue, Pure Gray, and Gold Essence.
Tata Curvv Safety Features
The Tata Curvv ICE is based on the company’s new ATLAS platform, which is short for Adaptive Tech Forward Lifestyle Architecture. Further, the vehicle is equipped with Level 2 ADAS with 20 features, including adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, traffic sign recognition, comprehensive ESP, and a 360-degree Surround View camera system. Further, Curvv comes with six airbags, an electronic stability program, and an electronic parking brake with Autohold functionality.
Although Tata hasn’t announced it officially, Curvv’s Global NCAP and Bharat NCAP crash test ratings sort of leaked before the official launch. Reportedly, both the EV and ICE versions of the Curvv offer five-star safety. The high rating seems plausible, given that other models in the company’s portfolio, be it the Altroz, Nexon, Harrier, or Safari, have a five-star crash test rating.
Tata Curvv ICE Booking And Delivery Timeline
While the aforementioned prices are valid for bookings made till October 31, 2024, Tata Motors will start delivering Curvv ICE models from September 12, 2024.
