Sony Xperia XZs With 19-Megapixel Motion Eye camera, Android 7.0 Set To Launch on April 4

Sony Xperia XZs India Launch date is set for April 4 as the company has started rolling out press invites for the upcoming event which will be held in the national capital. Last month, Sony Mobiles showcased its Xperia XZs along with Xperia XZ Premium and XA 1 family at the Mobile World congress 2017. However, at this event, Sony is not expected to showcase the Xperia XZ Premium which is 2017 flagship device of the company.

The real highlight of the Sony Xperia XZs is its primary camera which is one of the first smartphones to boast a Motion Eye camera with predictive phase detection and laser autofocus.

Sony XZs

As far as specifications are concerned, the Xperia XZ houses a 5.2-inch full HD display and a 2.5D curved glass covering on the top. It has a metal-clad design with IP65 and IP68 water resistance certifications. Under the hood, it packs a Snapdragon 820 processor, Adreno 530GPU, 4GB of RAM and  32GB/ 64GB onboard storage.

In optics, there is a 19-megapixel Motion Eye camera with 1/ 2.3″ Exmor RS memory stacked sensor, with Triple image sensing technology and  5-axis image stabilization. Up front, bears a  13MP selfie shooter. The phone comes with 1/3” Exmor RS sensor, 22mm wide-angle f/2.0 lens. The phone draws power from a 2,900mAh battery (Quick Charge 3.0 supported) and runs on Android Nougat.

Sony is likely to launch Dual SIM variant in India and may offer it in Ice Blue, Warm Silver and Black hues. For price and availability details we have to wait till the next week.
