Sony Xperia J1 launch will be done in Japan with NTT Docomo on April 20. Sony Xperia J1 features a 2.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor coupled with 2 GB of RAM. The device supports 4G LTE and runs Android Kitkat. Sony Xperia J1 specifications also include a 4.3-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display, 20.7 MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2.2 MP front camera.
