Galaxy S25 Ultra’s US Model Number Revealed

Folks at Android Headlines have spotted Samsung’s 2025 flagship, the Galaxy S25 Ultra, in IMEI’s database. The handset is seen carrying the model number “SM-S938U.” According to the trend Samsung follows with its model numbers, the ‘U’ represents the region to which the model belongs, likely to be the United States.

However, given that we know that the S25 Ultra won’t be limited to the United States, it’s safe to say that the phone will turn up on more certification sites with different model numbers. However, that is the extent of information available at this point, as the IMEI listing doesn’t reveal anything else.
