Samsung has launched the first ever 100% Doraemon & Friends Edition of its latest Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 foldable. The Doraemon Special Edition has gone live in Hong Kong and has been made in collaboration with the Doraemon and Friends exhibition, which is the world’s largest Doraemon exhibition.
While the specs are mostly the same, the special edition foldable comes in a light blue color that reminds us of Doraemon. The box also includes a Doraemon-themed Flipsuit case and a magnetic phone stand.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 Doraemon Edition: What’s New
The special edition software features a Doraemon Galaxy Theme complete with an animated opening, Doraemon Treasure Pocket Home Screen Wallpaper, Doraemon Dynamic lock screen, and customized app icons, among other enhancements. It immerses you into the imaginative world full of your favorite cartoon character Doraemon.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 Doraemon Edition: Specs
The internal specs are unchanged with a 6.7-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED main screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 3.4-inch AMOLED cover screen with a 60Hz refresh rate. It is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset with up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage. Under the hood is a 4000mAh battery with 25W wired charging. The flip phone runs One UI 6.1 based on Android 14 and comes with seven years of software support.
The camera setup includes a 50MP primary lens, a 12MP ultrawide lens, and a 10MP front-facing camera. The Galaxy Z Flip 6 is IP48-rated for dust and water resistance.

The special edition foldable is limited to 800 sets and has been priced at 10,698 HK dollars which is about Rs. 1,14,500. It can be pre-ordered via the Samsung Hong Kong website and comes with a free Doraemon Special Edition Tote Bag.
