Earlier this year, we heard rumors about the next Galaxy Unpacked event being held in July 2024. Now, a Korean outlet has leaked the date and venue for the same. As it turns out, the Galaxy Unpacked event for foldables will be held in France.
Samsung Galaxy Unpacked July Event Date
According to a Korean outlet, Samsung will hold its next Galaxy Unpacked event in Paris. Last year, the event where Samsung revealed the Galaxy Z Fold 5 (review) and Z Flip 5 took place in Seoul, South Korea. For those catching up, Paris will also host the upcoming Olympic Games.
The report mentions that Samsung will host the event on Wednesday, July 10, which corroborates the previous rumors. At the event, the company will unveil the Galaxy Z Fold 6, Galaxy Z Flip 6, and Galaxy Ring. Samsung is among the official partners of the International Olympic Committee, and it will unveil the next-generation foldables two weeks before the opening of the Summer Olympics 2024.

What To Expect From The Mid-Year Galaxy Unpacked Event?
Galaxy Z Fold 6 And Flip 6
In the last, we’ve leaked the 5K renders and 360-degree videos of the upcoming foldables (Fold 6, Flip 6) from Samsung. Hence, in terms of design, there isn’t much to talk about. Some new rumors claim that the smartphones will be thinner than their predecessors, though.
Most recently, we came across reports that claimed the presence of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC on the Fold 6 and Flip 6. Notably, the foldables might not come with a special “Snapdragon for Galaxy” version.
Other expected improvements include a more durable and less visible crease, the use of premium materials, and new Galaxy AI features for the foldables. We’ve also heard some whispers about the cheaper Galaxy Z Fold FE and Flip FE, but those models might not go official until later this year.

Galaxy Ring
In addition to the foldables, we expect Samsung to unveil the Galaxy Ring. The device could feature a host of health-monitoring features, including an ECG sensor, a blood pressure sensor, sleep quality approximation, the new My Vitality Score feature, etc.
Galaxy Watch7 Ultra
