Although the official launch date remains unverified, information about various devices within the Galaxy S25 Series continues to emerge periodically. The most recent updates pertain to the high-end model, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, with its camera specifications revealed through the Camera FV5 Database. In addition to the camera details, information regarding RAM, design, display, and chipset has also been circulating.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has been identified in a professional camera application database, revealing information such as its compatibility with Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS), maximum image resolution, and lens aperture specifications. The device, identified by the model number SM-S938U, features a primary sensor with a resolution of 12.5MP, potentially derived from a 50MP camera utilizing four-in-one pixel binning technology. Additionally, the sensor is expected to have a focal length of 6.3mm and EIS support.

The smartphone is anticipated to achieve a peak image resolution of 4080×3060 pixels, featuring a 1x magnification factor along with a horizontal field of view of 75.7 degrees and a vertical field of view of 60.5 degrees. The sensor is expected to have an f/1.7 aperture and a focal length of 26.6mm, allowing it to capture images in both JPEG and DNG formats.

The listing suggests that the premium model features a hyperlocal distance of 4.86mm and offers both auto and manual focus options. Previous reports indicated that the rear camera setup includes a 200MP main sensor, a 10MP 3x telephoto lens, a 50MP 5x telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultrawide sensor.

It is rumored to feature a 6.9-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Additionally, it is expected to house a 5000mAh battery that supports 45W wired charging. The device will also include enhanced Galaxy AI capabilities.
