Compared to a few years back, Samsung is now vying hard against the competition in the market. Today, we got a new phone from its India-only M-series. Galaxy M31 (review), advertised as a Mega Monster comes with a 6,000mAh battery, a 64MP camera, Android 10, amongst other highlights.

Samsung Galaxy M31 Specifics

As you know, the Samsung Galaxy M31 is an upgrade over the Galaxy M30s, which launched a few months back. Samsung has used the same Exynos 9611 chipset here. This time the base memory configuration starts at 6GB of RAM and 64GB of UFS 2.1 storage. You can also pick the higher 128GB model.

The frontier is similar in appearance. It’s an FHD+ AMOLED display with a 6.4-inch size and a maximum brightness of 420-nits. You get Widewine L1 certification which means you can stream HD content on Netflix and Amazon Prime.

In that U-shaped cutout, a 32MP (SonyIMX616) snapper resides for your selfie and video calls. On the backside, there is a 64MP primary sensor paired with an 8MP ultra-wide angle, 5MP depth sensor and finally a 5MP macro module.

Galaxy M31 has a plastic physique. It brings Android 10 based One UI 2.0 software, external storage support of up to 512GB, FM radio, USB-C, 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 5, and a rear-mounted fingerprint reader.

It runs on a 6,000mAh battery bolstered by 15W fast charging support that brags 2-days of backup.

You can buy galaxy M31 from Amazon.india and Samsung Shop starting March 5. It is introduced in 2 storage variants, viz. 6GB RAM plus 64GB storage at Rs 14,999 and 6GB plus 128GB edition priced at Rs 15,999. The device is available in Ocean Blue and Space colors.
