Lava Enters into Wearable Space with ProWatch Series: First Sale on April 26

Homegrown brand Lava has now entered into the smartwatch space in the country. The brand has announced the ProWatch Series which includes two wearables- Lava ProWatch Zn and Lava ProWatch Vn. Domestic electronic brand Lava claims that its smartwatches will be the best in the under 3k segment and one of the toughest in the market. With these smartwatches, Lava aims to give tough competition to brands like boAt, and Noise. Let us learn more about these smartwatches and what they entail.

Lava ProWatch Series: price & availability

The Lava ProWatch ZN is available in two variants-

  • Silicon strap model-Rs. 2599
  • Metal strap model- Rs. 2999

It will come in Black and grey shades.

  • Silicon strap model-Rs. 1999

It comes in grey, blue and black shades.

Both smartwatches will go on sale starting 26th April via Amazon, Lava e-store, and offline retail channels. The watches come with a 24-month warranty and come under a doorstep repair facility as well.

Lava ProWatch ZN: Features

The Lava ProWatch ZN features a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with 600 nits brightness and 60Hz refresh rate. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and comes with a metallic dial and side-mounted buttons for navigation through UI. The watch is powered by RTL8763EWE VP chipset and is capable of tracking heart rate, SpO2 level, stress tracking, sleep tracking, and much more. It offers 150+ watch faces that can be customized using the app along with  110+ sports modes for fitness tracking.

The watch comes with in-built games like Jigsaw Puzzle and enables Bluetooth calling with Bluetooth 5.2 support. It is IP68 rated and packs a 350mAh battery that offers 20 days of standby time on normal usage. It takes around one hour to recharge completely.

Lava ProWatch VN: Features

The Lava ProWatch VN comes with a 1.96-inch TFT display with 500 nits brightness and 320x386p resolution. It is powered by a Realtek chipset and comes with Bluetooth calling support as well.

The smartwatch packs a 230mAh battery that can last five days on normal usage and comes with a heart rate sensor, SpO2 tracker, sleep tracker, and more for fitness and health tracking. It is IP67-rated and has a rectangular dial design.
