Samsung Galaxy F42 5G Price and Availability
In India, Samsung Galaxy F42 5G starts at Rs. 20,999 for the base model with 6GB RAM. A model with 8GB RAM is also available for Rs. 22,999. Matte Aqua and Matte Black colors are both standard on both options, as well as 128GB of storage. In India, the Samsung Galaxy F42 5G will be available through Flipkart, Samsung Online Store, and some retail outlets starting on Sunday, October 3.
Samsung Galaxy F42 5G launch offers include an introductory price of Rs. 17,999 for the 6GB variant and Rs. 19,999 for the 8GB variant. Exchange discounts and no-cost EMIs are also available.
Flipkart’s Big Billion Days sale will commence following the launch of the introductory pricing.
Samsung Galaxy F42 5G Features
A 6.6-inch full-HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a waterdrop-style notch is standard on the Samsung Galaxy F42 5G, which runs on Android 11 with One UI 3.1. MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC, up to 8GB of memory.

It comes equipped with a triple rear camera setup containing a 64-megapixel primary sensor, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. There are also a number of modes available on the rear camera setup, including Hyperlapse, Slow Motion, Food Mode, Night Mode, Panorama, and Pro Mode. A front-facing 8-megapixel selfie camera is available on the Samsung Galaxy F42 5G for selfies and video chats.
Samsung’s Galaxy F42 5G comes with 128GB of onboard storage. There are a variety of connectivity options including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, as well as a 3.5mm headphone jack. The device is equipped with accelerometers, ambient light sensors, gyroscopes, magnetometers, and proximity sensors. A fingerprint sensor is also mounted on the side. A Dolby Atmos sound experience can also be experienced via wired or Bluetooth headphones when the phone is paired with Dolby Atmos support.
Using the bundled 15W charger, Samsung claims to deliver fast charging from the 5,000mAh battery. Its dimensions are 167.2 x 76.4 x 9.0mm.
