Samsung Galaxy A6 and A6+ Specifications Leaked; Launch Expected Soon

The only thing missing from Samsung forthcoming A-series leak cabinet was its specifications. Not anymore! An image carrying complete information of Galaxy A6 and A6+ surfaced on the internet detailing most of their hardware. The leak comes soon after the renders leak that revealed the design of the phone.

Samsung Galaxy A6 and A6+ launch date is yet to be announced, but we are expecting them to go live next month. To recall, both phones have already received all the mandatory certificates needed prior to official launch.

Samsung Galaxy A6 and A6+ Specs (Leaked)

According to the leaks, the Samsung A6 and A6+ flaunt a 5.8-inch and 6-inch SuperAMOLED Infinity display respectively and employ Exynos 7870 Octa-core SoC, paired with 4GB RAM and 32/64 GB storage. Both phones will run Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box and are assisted by Samsung’s AI, Bixby.

The Galaxy A6+ differ from the Galaxy A6 on the camera and battery front. The A6+ is the premium of the two, sports dual-rear camera setup of 16-megapixel (f/1.7 aperture) sensor and 5-megapixel sensor. Whereas its front camera is 24-megapixel shooter with f/1.9 aperture lens and LED flash. The battery housed is a 3500mAh non-removable one.

On the other hand, the Galaxy A6 sports 16-megapixel sensors on both ends and is aided by 3,000mAh battery.

Samsung Galaxy A6, Galaxy A6+ India Price

The Samsung Galaxy A6+ will certainly cost you more than the Galaxy A6. The Galaxy A6 price is expected to be anywhere between 300-340 euros (roughly around Rs 24,000 – Rs 27,000) whereas the Galaxy A6+ is expected to cost somewhere between 360-400 euros (roughly Rs 29,000 – Rs 32,000).
