A couple of days ago, the Realme 12 series made headlines as details about the handsets surfaced online. The rumors included the presence of the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC on the Realme 12 Pro+ and a Sony IMX709 2x telephoto lens on the Realme 12 Pro. Now, the same tipster has revealed some information about the Realme GT Neo 6, the successor of the Realme GT Neo 5 series.

Realme GT Neo 6 Could Debut In February 2024

According to a Weibo post published on December 15, 2023, the Realme 12 series will make the OV64B periscope camera popular among the mid-range smartphones in the market. Adding to this, Digital Chat Station mentions how the Realme GT Neo 6 will debut later this Chinese year, which implies that the phone could arrive by February 2024. Further, the tipster also confirms that the smartphone will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.

Here’s The Expected Price Of The Smartphone

Previous rumors suggested the Realme GT Neo 6 could come with an aluminum frame, giving the phone a slightly more premium feel than its rivals with plastic frames. Further, the phone could be priced under RMB 2,000, which translates to about Rs. 23,000.

Realme GT Neo 6 To Take After GT Neo 5 Released Earlier This Year

For those catching up, the GT Neo 6 will take after the GT Neo 5, released in February 2023. The smartphone runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC (4nm), features a 50MP (f/1.9) primary camera, and a 16MP (f/2.5) selfie shooter. The handset also has a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 150W wired charging.
