Realme 9 Pro Series to have its India launch on February 16: Report

We have already foretold that Realme is all set to bring its Realme 9 Pro Series globally very soon. Now some reports have come forward with the date for the global launch of the series, which is February 15^th, 2022. The Realme 9 Pro Series will have 2 models- Realme 9 Pro and Realme 9 Pro+.

Both the smartphones will be mid-rangers and according to the latest reports, they will launch in India a day after their global launch, that is February 16^th. India’s launch date is expected to be confirmed by Realme soon.

Realme 9 Pro Series Specs, Design & Colors

The company has already confirmed that the 9 Pro series will be an all 5G-series and Realme 9 Pro+ will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G chipset.

The series will come with a triple-camera setup on the back, but camera sensors are different in both variants. While the 9 Pro model will have a 64MP primary shooter along with an ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro unit, the Pro+ model will have a 50MP Sony camera with an 8MP ultrawide and a 2MP shooter.

The Realme 9 Pro will be powered by Snapdragon 695 SoC and sport a 6.59-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Realme 9 pro+ will sport a 6.43-inch AMOLED display which will be Full HD+ and has a 90Hz refresh rate.

While Realme 9 Pro will pack a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging, the Pro+ model will have a 4500mAh battery with 65W fast charging. Both will run Android 12 out of the box with Realme UI 3.0 on top.

Both Realme 9 Pro and Realme 9 Pro+ will have up to 8GB RAM but only Pro+ will have up to 256GB storage.
