OnePlus has launched its latest flagship series smartphone OnePlus 10 Pro 5G in China earlier this month and now the company is working to launch it in the Indian market. This smartphone has been listed on the OnePlus India website and it has also been hinted at when the open sale shall start. This page is available on the official India website, highlighting the important features of the phone.
Although the company has not yet given the launch date, it has been told that its open sale will start in the spring season. That is, the phone will be available at the end of February or early March 2022.
The company had previously launched it in China. In the phone, you have features like a Hasselblad camera, Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, UFS 3.1 storage of up to 256GB, and 80W fast charging. It has three storage variants and their respective prices in the Chinese market are mentioned below.
- 8GB+128GB – 4699 YUAN (~₹54,500)
- 8GB+256GB – 4999 YUAN (~₹58,000)
- 12GB +256GB – 5299 YUAN (~₹61,000)
OnePlus 10 Pro has come out in Volcanic Black and Emerald Forest colors and the same color variants are expected to come in India.
OnePlus 10 Pro 5G Specifications
The OnePlus 10 Pro features a 6.7-inch QHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It uses an LTPO 2.0 panel and you will also get a brightness of up to 1300 nits and support for Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.
Under the hood, there is Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor coupled with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. There is a 5000mAh battery, which you can charge fully in just 32 minutes with 80W fast charging support. This is the first phone from OnePlus, which has 80W fast charging support. Apart from this, 50W wireless charging and reverse charging support will also be supported by it.
As for the cameras, a triple rear setup is present in the smartphone. The main camera is of 48MP (Sony IMX789 sensor), the second is a 50MP ultrawide camera (150-degree ultra-wide lens, Samsung JN1 sensor) and the third is an 8MP telephone lens, which offers 3.3x optical zoom. On the front side, there will also be a 32MP selfie camera in the punch-hole cutout.
This is the first smartphone from OnePlus, which will come with 10-bit color photography. Camera features include features like second-generation Hasselblad Pro mode, Fish Eye mode, Movie mode, ISO adjust option, shutter speed.

On the software side, this phone has OxygenOS 12 skin on Android 12, but in China, it has been launched with ColorOS 12 skin.
