Porsche Panamera 2024 Enters Indian Market With Powerful 348bhp Engine: Pirce, Specifications, and Safety Features

Porsche has revealed the latest version of the Panamera with impressive technology and luxurious design to the Indian market. Indian car enthusiasts have been waiting for the launch of the Porsche Panamera for a long time now, and finally, the wait is over. The car arrives with a sleek design and a powerful engine also it doesn’t miss any of the advanced technology be it a gigantic infotainment system or safety features like airbags. 

Porsche Panamera India Price 

In terms of pricing, the Panamera comes with a starting price of Rs 1.70 crore (ex-showroom), positioning it as a premium choice in the luxury car segment. As deliveries are concerned, the third-generation Panamera will be up for deliveries starting May 4, 2024, enthusiasts can now look forward to experiencing the thrill of driving this iconic model on Indian roads.

Porsche Panamera Design 

The newly launched Porsche Panamera arrives with some significant exterior changes and it draws inspiration from Porsche’s design language. At the front, the auto maker has made changes to the appearance by tweaking the headlamp design and by adding an air intake. Apart from that the profile of the car remains the same as the predecessor. However, there is a redesigned window and a new alloy wheel. 

The interior of the Panamera takes cues from both the Taycan and the new Cayenne SUV, offering a combination of modern design and advanced technology. The new Panamera arrive with a 12.6-inch touchscreen infotainment system, complemented by a 10.9-inch cluster display. For added convenience, an optional passenger display is available to enhance the overall in-car experience.

Coming to the features, Porsche has committed to providing a premium driving experience. The car comes with features like matrix LED headlights to parking assistance, the Panamera is equipped with a range of advanced safety and convenience features. The driving mode selector is now on the steering wheel, while wireless charging ensures that devices stay powered throughout the journey. Additionally, electric seats and six airbags are safe for all occupants.

Powertrain 

When it comes to the powertrain of Porsche cars then you are never going to get disappointed. The Panamera comes equipped with a powerful 2.9-liter turbocharged V6 petrol engine, delivering 348 bhp and 500 Nm of torque, with improved performance from its predecessor. It accelerates from 0 to 100 kmph in 5.1 seconds and reaches a top speed of 272 kmph, powered by an 8-speed PDK transmission. Standard features include adaptive air suspension (PASM) for enhanced ride comfort and handling.
