Oppo Watch Free was launched in China on Sunday. It has more than 100 sports modes, including cricket, badminton, and skiing, but only four sports can be tracked automatically. With a 1.64-inch AMOLED display, the Oppo Watch Free sports a large display. This fitness band has an optical heart rate sensor and an optical blood oxygen sensor (SpO2). Besides e-sports mode, Oppo Watch Free also offers a notification divert so users can get notifications while playing games on the watch.

Oppo Watch Free Features

Oppo’s smart wearable features a 1.64-inch (280×456 pixels) AMOLED touchscreen with DCI-P3 color gamut, 326ppi pixel density, and 2.5D curved glass. Oppo Watch Free has more than 100 sports modes, including cricket, badminton, skiing, kayaking, volleyball, rowing, swimming, and many more. Four sports can be tracked automatically – walking, running, rowing machine, and an elliptical machine. There are also features for tracking sleep, snoring, daily activity, and sedentary reminders on the Oppo Watch Free. A six-axis motion sensor and ambient light sensor are also included. This device is also waterproof up to 5 ATM.

A dedicated E-Sports mode allows tracking notifications on the Oppo Watch Free while playing a game via the smart wearable. Oppo Find X series and Oppo Reno 6 series smartphones currently support this feature. More smartphones are expected to support the feature in the future.

There are over 100 watch faces to choose from. By capturing an image of the user’s outfit, the Oppo Watch Free can create new watch faces based on what the user is wearing. Additionally, Xiaobu voice assistant is included, as well as navigation.
