iQOO has finally brought its much-awaited iQOO Z5 5G smartphone to India. The new phone comes equipped with a 6nm process Snapdragon 778 5G mobile platform. Also, the Z5 includes an LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.1 standard storage, 120Hz display, 44W fast charger, and 64MP triple rear camera as key specs.

The Vivo-owned brand has previously introduced the iQOO Z5 phone in China on September 23. Now, we have the India price and features of the new iQOO phone. Let’s dive into the details.

iQOO Z5 5G Price and Availability

iQOO Z5 is priced at INR 23,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant and the top 12GB + 256GB handset will cost INR 26,999. Both the models will hit the market shelves from October 3 through iQOO.com and Amazon i.e. during the Great Indian Festival sale.

iQOO Z5 5G Features

iQOO Z5 ships with a 6.67-inch FHD+ punch-hole display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels. The phone boasts a triple camera setup on the back that comprises a 64MP Samsung ISOCELL GW3 sensor as the primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 4cm macro lens. The front punch hole includes a 16MP snapper for selfies and video calls.

For processing, iQOO Z5 has been wielded on Qualcomm Snapdragon 778 chipset coupled with Adreno 642 GPU, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 built-in storage. The phone runs on Origin OS 1.0 based on Android 11 out of the box.

The phone supports VC Liquid Cooling System to release heat and provide stable gaming. The iQOO handset allows a 240Hz touch sampling rate and dual speakers for surround sound.

iQOO Z5 juices power from a bigger 5000mAh battery compared to its predecessor iQOO Z3 which has a 4400mAh battery. The Z5, however, supports 44W Flash Charge through a Type-C port. Connectivity features include 5G, tri-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The phone unlocks with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and facial recognition.
