Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the battery last on the Amazfit Balance Smartwatch?
With typical daily usage, you get about 14 days of battery life on a full charge. Turning on power-intensive features like Always-On Display and continuous GPS tracking drops it to around 5 to 7 days, which still beats most daily-charge competitors.
Can I make and take Bluetooth calls directly on the Amazfit Balance?
Yes, you can make and answer phone calls right from your wrist using its built-in mic and speaker when connected to your smartphone. Note that app-based audio calls like WhatsApp aren't directly supported, though standard network calls work smoothly.
Does contactless payment via NFC work on Amazfit Balance in India?
NFC payments via Zepp Pay are currently unsupported for Indian banks and card issuers. While the smartwatch hardware includes NFC, you won't be able to tap-to-pay at Indian POS terminals for now.
How accurate is the GPS performance on the Amazfit Balance?
It features dual-band L1+L5 GPS, offering fast satellite lock times and reliable route tracking for outdoor runs and cycles. You can even import GPX routes directly onto the watch for turn-by-turn navigation without carrying your phone.
Can you reply to WhatsApp messages directly from the watch?
Yes, Android phone users can reply using pre-set quick responses, voice-to-text dictation, or an on-screen keyboard. You can also view incoming WhatsApp images directly on the screen. On iPhones, messaging replies are restricted due to iOS limitations.
Is the Amazfit Balance waterproof for swimming?
It comes with a 5 ATM water resistance rating, making it completely safe for pool swimming, showering, and water exposure up to 50 meters depth. It even tracks metrics like SWOLF, stroke count, and lap times during swim workouts.
Does the Amazfit Balance support offline music storage?
Yes, you can transfer MP3 files directly onto the watch's internal storage via the Zepp app. This lets you pair Bluetooth earphones directly to the watch and listen to music completely phone-free during workouts.
What health sensors and tracking features does it offer?
The watch features the BioTracker 5.0 PPG optical sensor for continuous heart rate, SpO2, sleep, and stress tracking. Unique health tools include a Body Composition analyzer to check body fat/muscle mass and daily Readiness Scores to monitor physical recovery.

Perfect product!
Very less weight watch. The display quality is good. Always on working as expected. Since it is only two days all functions are pretty good to use. The price is quite high but the quality is good.
