Oppo Find X2 and Find X2 Pro India Launch to happen on June 17

Chinese smartphone brand Oppo is all set to launch its Find X2 series in India. After a bunch of teasers, Oppo has finally announced the Find X2 series India launch date to be June 17.

Oppo India shared with Smartprix a poster revealing the launch date and time. As per the poster, the event will be held on June 17 at 4:00 PM. The poster mentions Find X2 “series” which suggests that both Find X2 and Find X2 Pro will be announced.

The Oppo Find X2 family is already official in China and Europe. The Oppo Find X2 and Find X2 Pro are almost identical except for the optics and the built-in battery size.

OPPO Find X2 Pro and Find X2 Features

Both the Oppo Find X2 phones house a 6.7-inch AMOLED displays with a 120Hz screen refresh rate and 21:9 aspect ratio. These displays have a native 3K resolution of 1080×3168 pixels with HDR10+ support. These Oppo flagships are equipped with an optical in-display fingerprint sensor and Gorilla Glass 6 protection on either side as well.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC with X55 modem innards means both Find X2 phones will be 5G future-ready. Globally, Oppo ships them running on Android 10 based Color OS 7.1. Oppo Find X2 Pro comes with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.0 storage, whereas, the Find X2 vanilla variant feature 12GB RAM with up to 256GB UFS 3.0 storage.

The Find X2 Pro includes a triple setup of 48MP wide + 13MP telephoto + 48MP periscope sensor with OIS offering digital zoom up to 60x, hybrid zoom of 10x, and optical zoom of 5x.

On the other hand, inside Find X2, Oppo swaps the periscope sensor with 12MP ultra-wide sensors that allow 20x digital zoom, 5x hybrid zoom, and 3x optical zoom.

The Find X2 Pro includes a 4260mAh battery with the 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging technology. Meanwhile, Oppo Find X2 has a 4200mAh battery with support for 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging.
