OPPO Pad Air and Enco X2 TWS to launch alongside Reno 8 Series on July 18 in India

Oppo will launch its much-awaited Oppo Reno 8 Series, Oppo Enco X2 TWS & Oppo Pad Air on July 18 in India.

Oppo will be holding a grand launch event in India on July 18 where it will be introducing its first-ever Tablet called OPPO Pad Air and Oppo Enco X2 TWS along side . The company has confirmed the launch of both these products for the July 18th event. Alongside these two, Oppo Pad Air is also expected to launch during the event. While Oppo Enco X2 launched in China in February this year, Reno 8 series launched in China last month. Read on to know more about these upcoming products.

Oppo Enco X2 TWS: Expected Price

The Oppo Enco X2 TWS earbuds were launched in China for CNY 999 Which means its India price will be around Rs. 11,838. It will come in Night Black and Frost White colors.

Oppo Enco X2 TWS: Specs & Features

The Oppo Enco X2 Buds will come with Active Noise Cancellation. The ANC will have various profiles- smart dynamic noise reduction, deep noise reduction, moderate noise reduction, mild noise reduction, transparency mode, enhanced vocals, and noise reduction off. The earbuds claim to cancel up to 45dB of noise.

They feature 11mm moving coil driver units and a 6nm secondary flat diaphragm. The Oppo Enxo X2 supports Bluetooth 5.2 with a low latency of 94ms and has a transmission range of up to 10m. The TWS also supports LDC, SBC, and AAC audio codecs. It uses super DBEE 3.0 which claims to improve sound quality and low-frequency audio. The buds have support for hi-res audio as well.

The earbuds have a cobblestone design case and in-ear design with silicone ear tips. They have an IP54 rating against water and dust. Oppo Enco X2 each bud weighs 4.7 grams and the case weighs 56.5 grams. Oppo claims that the buds can last up to 5 hours with ANC turned on and 6.5 hours with ANC turned off. Including the charging case, earbuds can last up to 20 hours while the ANC is on and 27 hours when the ANC is off.

Oppo Reno 8 Series

The Oppo Reno 8 Series will have 2 models in India- Reno 8 and Reno 8 Pro. Some specs of these devices have been confirmed by Oppo. Oppo Reno 8 Pro is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8100 Max chipset and Arm Mali-G610 MC6 GPU. The Oppo Reno 8 will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1300. Both the chipsets are fast and powerful. Both Oppo Reno 8 and Reno 8 Pro will pack a 4500mAh battery and have 80W SuperVOOC Flash charging by Oppo.

Oppo Pad Air

This all-in-one tablet for education and entertainment features the power-efficient ‘6nm’ octa-core Snapdragon 680 processor—coupled with AI System Booster 2.1—for smooth multitasking without lag. Its SoC can handle advanced tasks such as hi-res video streaming, seamlessly switching between apps and 3D mobile games while conserving battery. The OPPO Pad Air features an attractive design aesthetic with its ultra-thin body, industry-first Sunset Dune 3D texture, and proprietary OPPO Glow to provide a fingerprint-proof, scratch-free cover for a smooth and durable feel.

As a testament to its comfortable viewing experience, it carries the category-first TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light eye comfort certification. The tablet runs on ColorOS 12 for Pad. It supports several new features such as Multi-Device Connection, a two-finger split-screen to view multiple apps at the same time, and Dual windows that let users independently display two levels of pages of the same app on the same screen, and a four-finger floating window for a user-friendly reading experience.

The OPPO Pad Air is the only tablet in its price segment that allows you to switch from your OPPO handset’s display to its larger screen. It also supports functions such as file drag-and-drop and clipboard sharing between the devices. Additionally, users can get a Smart Stylus Pen designed by OPPO. It supports 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity for an enhanced experience while writing or sketching.
