OPPO has revealed more details about the Find X10 Pro Max’s camera setup, and this is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious camera systems on a smartphone. The phone will have three 200MP rear cameras, covering the main, ultrawide, and telephoto lenses. The company has now shared details about the individual camera hardware, including the sensors, apertures, stabilization, and video capabilities. Let’s take a look.

Find X10 Pro Max Camera Specifications

The main camera is a 200MP Samsung HPC 1/1.3-inch sensor with an f/1.5 aperture and OIS. OPPO says it uses its DeepPix technology to achieve up to 17 stops of dynamic range, while CIPA 6.5 stabilization is also included.

The camera is designed for video as well, with support for 8K at 30fps and 4K at 120fps. OPPO is calling it an “8K all-focal-length cinematic camera,” with 8K Log recording also supported across all three rear cameras.

The ultra-wide camera gets a 200MP Samsung HP5 1/1.56-inch sensor with an f/2.2 aperture and a 124-degree field of view. It uses a 13mm equivalent focal length, making it considerably wider than the 15mm ultrawide on the Find X9 Pro.

OPPO claims the new ultrawide takes in 102% more light than its predecessor. The higher resolution should also give the camera more room for cropping while retaining detail.

Then there’s the 200MP telephoto camera, which also uses a 1/1.56-inch sensor. It has an f/2.1 aperture and CIPA 7.5 stabilization, along with support for 10cm telemacro photography.

All three cameras can record 8K video, along with 4K 120fps and 4K 60fps HDR. Log recording is also supported across the entire camera system, giving the Find X10 Pro Max a consistent video setup when switching between focal lengths.

OPPO is also promising more consistent colors and brightness when moving between the subject and background during video recording. The company says its processing will preserve skin tones, spatial details, and hair texture in high-contrast scenes.

Find X10 Pro Max Launch

OPPO has not revealed the exact launch date yet, but the Find X10 Pro Max is expected to launch in China this September, following the ColorOS 17 announcement on September 17.
