OnePlus Ace 2 Pro Launched in China: Might Come to India as rebranded variant later

OnePlus has launched the next in its Ace Series in its home country. The OnePlus Ace 2 Pro smartphone has gone official in China, which is the successor to the OnePlus Ace 2 that debuted in February 2023. OnePlus mostly keeps the Ace Series exclusive to China and launches the same under a different moniker in global markets. Like last year, OnePlus Ace 2 came to India as OnePlus 11R so this time, OnePlus Ace Pro might come to India as OnePlus 11R Pro or some other OnePlus 11 variant.

Meanwhile, let us have a look at the price and specs of the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro smartphone.

OnePlus Ace 2 Pro: Specs

OnePlus Ace 2 Pro flaunts a 6.74-inch OLED panel with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 1600 nits brightness, HDR10+ support, and TUV Rheinland global eye protection. It has Asahi Glass AGC Screen protection and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 at the back.

The smartphone is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC with Adreno 740 GPU paired with up to 24GB RAM and up to 1TB storage. The device has a 5000mAh battery under the hood with 150W wired fast charging. It also has dual stereo speakers, dual microphone, Dolby Atmos, 9140mm2 VC Cooling system.

In terms of camera optics, the Ace 2 Pro has a 50MP main camera at the back with a 6P lens, f/1.8 aperture, OIS, PDAF, 4K Video recording support at 60 fps, and more. There is also an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 2MP macro sensor at the back. At the front is a 16MP selfie camera. The device runs Android 13 with ColorOS 13.1 on top.

It is 8.98mm thick and has a weight of 210 grams.

OnePlus Ace 2 Pro: Price

The OnePlus Ace 2 Pro comes in the following storage configurations-

  • 12GB RAM+256GB storage- CNY 2999 (Rs. 34,500)
  • 16GB RAM+512GB storage- CNY 3399 (Rs. 38,800)
  • 24GB RAM+1TB storage- CNY 3999 (Rs. 45,600)

It comes in Aurora Green and Titanium Grey shades and will be up for pre-order in China from August 16. The smartphone will go on sale from August 23.
