All OnePlus 6 tentative launch dates can be laid to rest as OnePlus has officially revealed exactly when it will present the 6 to the world. The firm will take the wraps off its next flagship killer on May 17 in India in Mumbai at 3:00 PM and has already rolled out invites for the same.
The entry vouchers to attend the event will be available via oneplus.in from 10:00 IST on Tuesday, 8th May 2018. The OnePlus 6 first sale in India will be held on May 21, 2018, on Amazon.in. This will be an early access sale only for Prime members.
The new OnePlus teaser states “6et Ready May 16”, which refers to the global launch scheduled on May 16, 2018, in London.
Further, the invite comes with a tagline “The Speed You Need” which could possibly allude to the phone’s chipset – Snapdragon 845 mated with up to 8GB of RAM.

OnePlus 6 Features (Expected)
Multiple rumors, leaks, and teasers have already given us a picture about the forthcoming OnePlus 6. The phone is said to boast a 6.28-inch full-HD+ display with 1080×2160 pixels resolution and a 19:9 aspect ratio. And as confirmed by OnePlus CEO, Pete Lau, the OnePlus 6 will come with a display notch and glass-sandwiched design.

The phone is expected to come in two UFS 2.1 built-in storage variants: 64GB and 256GB, and run on Android 8.1 Oreo-based Oxygen OS out of the box. There is no information about the battery housed on the OnePlus 6, but what we do know is that it will support dash charging.
At optics front, the OnePlus 6 features dual-rear camera setup (the sensor could be 16MP+20MP), and a 20MP selfie shooter on the front.

The OnePlus 6 could make it to the Indian shores within a week of the global unveiling on May 17. The phone will be Amazon exclusive and is expected to retail at Rs. 39,999.
