Nokia 6 First Sale Date Announced, Registrations Open On Amazon

The top-end smartphone from Nokia, Nokia 6, will finally be available in India via sale on Amazon India from August 23. The registration window for the same has been open and the potential buyers can register themselves for the Nokia 6 first sale on the e-commerce platform.

Nokia is making a comeback after a series of missteps led to its exit in 2013. The company, for the first time, will feature Android on its smartphone and is getting a good response so far.

The mid-range smartphone Nokia 6 is priced in India at Rs. 14,999, making it the most expensive Nokia Android phone in the market. As of now, the phone will be exclusively available on Amazon which is selling the phone with some special offers.

Nokia 6 Specifications

The phone will run on latest Android 7.0 Nougat software and is powered by Snapdragon 430 SoC coupled with 3GB of RAM. Other than that the will sport a 5.5inch full-HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass Protection and will feature the fingerprint scanner. The handset packs 32GB inbuilt storage, and supports microSD cards up to 128GB capacity, and houses a 3000mAh battery.

For photogenic, the phone will feature a 16-megapixel rear camera, while the front camera’s resolution is 8-megapixel and both come with a f/2.0 aperture.
