Netgear Orbi RBK852 Wi-Fi 6 Mesh Router System now available in India

Netgear has introduced Orbi RBK852 Wi-Fi 6 Mesh Router System in India. It is a successor to Orbi RBK853 Wi-Fi 6 Mesh Router System which Netgear introduced in India last December. The only major difference between Orbi RBK852 and Orbi RBK853 is that the latter one comes with two satellite units while the latest one includes the main Wi-Fi 6 router and one unit of satellite. It claims to cover an area up to 5,000 sq. ft while its predecessor oweing to its additional satellite unit could claim a coverage area of 7,500 sq. ft.

the Netgear Orbi RBK852 (AX6000) is a tri-band router offering multi-user, multiple-input, multiple-output technology (MU-MIMO tech) to ensure it interacts with multiple devices freely for a hiccup-free internet experience. It works with both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

Netgear Orbi RBK852 Specs

The Netgear Mesh System (AX6000) is powered by a quad-core 2.2 GHz processor coupled with 512MB NAND Flash storage and 1GB RAM. The Orbi RBK852 supports all three bands i.e. 2.5Ghz, 5Ghz or 6Ghz with speeds of up to 6Gbps for over 100 devices.

Users can manage Netgear mash system via Orbi app. You can set user limits or set up parental control and guest profile with ease using Orbi app. It is also capable of streaming multiple 8K or 4K quality videos at up to 6Gbps (of course your internet should meet those speeds). Each unit includes 4 Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports for a wired connection in addition to the sync button.

The Netgear Orbi Wi-Fi 6 Router RBK852 Mesh system price in India is set at Rs 61,999. It is available on Netgear e-store and other leading e-commerce partner platforms. Netgear is offering a free Netgear Armor anti-virus subscription for a limited period with the product.
