MSI has announced that it will revamp its Alpha 15 with AMD Ryzen 5000 H series mobile processors and AMD Radeon RX6600M series mobile graphics. Additionally, the recently released Katana GF76/GF66, GF75 Thin/GF63 Thin, which features the RTX 3050 graphics, is also available in the market. This range of laptops is outfitted with the award-winning Ampere GPU for the best in performance and graphics – NVIDIA’s 2nd Generation RTX architecture for the ultimate gaming experience and creative productivity.

MSI Alpha 15 AMD Advantage Edition Features
MSI’s new Alpha 15 features a full-HD IPS panel (1,920*1,080 pixels) and support for 144Hz refresh rates. 720p video can be recorded at 30fps via the front-facing HD webcam. Beneath there is a single-zone RGB backlight keyboard.
This laptop is powered by these latest AMD Ryzen 5000 H-Series CPUs along with AMD Radeon RX 6600M GPUs and 8GB GDDR6 RAM. The memory comes in two slots with up to 64GB of DDR4-3200. For storage, there are 2 x NVMe M.2 SSD PCIe Gen3 x4 SSDs.
There are several wireless connectivity options, including Gigabit Ethernet, Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200, and Bluetooth v5.2. One Type-C port (USB3.2 Gen1), two Type-A USB3.2 Gen1, one type-a USB 2.0, one RJ45, one HDMI (4K @ 60Hz), and one combo jack for mic/headphones are present in the periphery.
The laptop weighs 2.35kgs and comes with a 180W adaptor and a 4-cell battery. The laptop comes with two 2W speakers powered by the Nahimic 3 Audio Enhancer and H.R.A.C. capabilities.
