Last year, the Lenovo-owned smartphone brand Motorola launched the Razr 40 Ultra, a flip-style foldable smartphone to compete with the Galaxy Z Flip lineup. Since the phone came out in June 2023, we expect the brand to refresh the lineup with the Razr 50 Ultra soon. Several reports suggest that Motorola could release the next-generation foldable soon. The most recent one, however, gives us some idea about the phone’s pricing.

Motorola Razr 50 Ultra price leaked

According to a report by DealnTech, the Motorola Razr 50 Ultra was listed on a European retailer’s website. The model, with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, was listed at EUR 1200. When converted to Indian currency, the price comes to around Rs. 1,07,000. Although the European website lists the phone in just one model, there’s a good chance that Motorola will launch it in other RAM and storage configurations.

The Foldable May Come In Four Color Options

Last year, Motorola launched the Razr 40 Ultra in four colors, including Infinite Black, Glacier Blue, Viva Magenta, and Peach Fuzz. Its successor, however, could come in three finishes: blue, green, and the iconic Peach Fuzz. Most recently, the foldable’s live images surfaced on the internet, showcasing it in the black color, similar to the Razr 40 Ultra’s Infinite Black finish. Further, the image also unveiled the presence of a hole-punch display.

We also know that the phone has surfaced on several certification websites, carrying the model number XT2453-1. Moreover, it looks like the Razr 50 Ultra will borrow its design and look from its predecessor. For those catching up, the Razr 40 Ultra comes with a 6.9-inch pOLED foldable scren, a 3.6-inch pOLED cover screen, and runs on the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC.

Motorola Razr 50 Ultra Could Be Based On The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC

iQoo 12 to feature Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC

If the brand decides to stick with Qualcomm chipsets for its flagship foldable, the Razr 50 Ultra could feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. However, this remains a conjecture at the moment since there’s no information from the brand or solid rumor to go by. However, the European pricing seems to be a bit too high as per the Indian market, where the Razr 40 Ultra debuted for Rs. 89,999 for the base variant with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
