TL; DR
  • Motorola has launched the Moto G77 Power in India for ₹25,999.
  • The phone packs a 7,000mAh battery, Dimensity 6400 chip with UFS 2.2, and MIL-STD-810H durability.
  • Motorola is still offering just one Android update, which stands out for the wrong reasons in this segment.

Motorola has introduced the Moto G77 Power in India, bringing another large-battery phone to its growing Power lineup. The new model focuses on battery life and durability, though the overall package will look very familiar if you’ve followed Motorola’s recent launches. Let’s take a closer look.

Same Design, Different Number

The Moto G77 Power continues with the same design language Motorola has been using across its recent Power series devices. The camera module, rear panel design, and overall look sit very close to the earlier G56 Power and G57 Power.

The phone measures 8.89mm thick and weighs 215g, which is fairly reasonable considering the battery inside.

Motorola has added a healthy dose of durability too. You get an IP64 rating, MIL-STD-810H certification, and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection on the front.

7,000 mAh Battery Remains The Headline Feature

As the name suggests, battery life is the main selling point here. The Moto G77 Power packs a 7,000 mAh battery with support for 30W wired charging.

Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 6400, paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. Storage expansion is also supported through a microSD card.

Camera Specs

Motorola has equipped the G77 Power with a 50MP Sony LYTIA 600 main camera alongside an 8MP ultra-wide camera. On the front, there’s a 32MP selfie camera for photos and video calls.

Software Support Remains Motorola’s Weak Spot

The Moto G77 Power ships with Android 16 out of the box, but Motorola is only promising one Android OS upgrade and three years of security updates.

That update policy feels increasingly difficult to justify in 2026, especially when Samsung, OPPO, and several other brands have moved well beyond this level of support in similar price brackets.

Moto G77 Power Price in India

Motorola has priced the Moto G77 Power at ₹25,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant, but it will be available for an effective price of ₹23,999 for a limited time.

The phone is available in Grey, Blue, and Pink color options through Flipkart, Motorola’s online store, and other retail channels.
