Mobile Connection with your Aadhaar: How to check active mobile connections on your Aadhaar ID?

0

Do you know that you can find out how many mobile numbers are issued with your Aadhaar ID card? Yes, you can do so on your own. The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) of the Indian central government allows an individual to check the number of mobile connections registered with their name. Subscribers also have the right to take necessary action to prevent fraud.

With the increasing cases of fraud and scams related to individual identity and phone numbers, DoT provides easy access to users to detect active mobile connections. The subscribers can also flag unnecessary phone numbers and report them to the concerned authorities to minimize the risk of fraud. The service is offered by TAFCOP (Telecom Analytics for Fraud management and Consumer Protection).

We have here created a guide to let you know how to check the number of active mobile connections and take other related actions.
