Micromax Yu had started an open campaign called #YuNameIt on Facebook to get the nomenclature of their upcoming product. From over 100,000 suggestions received via campaign, the one calling the product as Yu Yuphoria was chosen.
Micromax Yu Yuphoria features a quad core 64 bit Qualomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) processor with intelligent power consumption technology, paired up with 2 GB RAM and LTE support. An in built storage of 16 GB provides handy amount memory to store multimedia files and other resourceful data. Yuphoria enables memory expansion up to 32 GB by a microSD card. It comes with very slim dimensions of 8.2 mm thickness and metallic finish. A 2230 mAh battery with Quick Charge technology provides the current to the smartphone.
