After making a much-hyped comeback with the offline-first Micromax Canvas Dual, the domestic manufacturer has a little something for the ‘young’ online audience too. The two new phones – Evok Power and Evok Note – aim to offer better specs than what’s conventional at their respective prices.

To start with, the Evoke Note comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD display, and is powered by 1.3GHz MT6753 octa-core SoC paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. It’s one of the rare few phones under 10,000 INR with fingerprint sensor on the front, and also makes room for a 4000mAh battery.

Other than that, there is the usual 13MP +5MP camera combination, 4G VoLTE support, Dual SIM card slot (Hybrid), 3.5mm audio jack and Android Marshmallow based software. You can buy Micromax Evok Note in India for 9,499 INR.

The Micromax Evoke Power, on the other hand, is the smaller of the two with a 5-inch HD display. It is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core MT6737 chip assisted with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage. As the ‘Power’ moniker might hint, this one too has a beefy 4000mAh battery.
